If you like crowdsourcing, but have been challenged to get a program off the ground, your problem may have been solved.

In another excellent piece for Fast Company Design by Alissa Walker (truly a Walker in LA) we learn about Napkin Labs, an off-the-shelf crowdsourcing solution that starts at $99/month for basic options, including up to 1,000 fans and unlimited challenges.

Read and absorb this piece, because it points to how the disaggregation of business services into more easily digested – and financed – segments avails more companies of better tools. Like location-aware mobile devices, this I believe will be a key turning point in how businesses operate.
